He inquired about whether I had any issues inside the house (I had none) and offered to spray inside my screened porch (I declined). He also spotted two ant colonies in the cracks of my driveway and took care of them. Very good service!

Capelouto is top notch at providing quality service and products. We have been thoroughly impressed with our serviceman, Chris M, and enjoy seeing him. Chris is extremely courteous, kind, and respectful. He will send us an alert the night before to notify us that he will be coming out the next day for an inspection/ treatment. This gives us the opportunity to clear up the yards and search for any potential problems that we need addressing. After service, Chris will send us a message letting us know what treatments were provided and / if he ran into any other problems (and explain what he did to correct them). Once in a while, during the summer months, we will have issues with ant beds and hornet wasps. Having pets and children, this can be worrisome. After a quick phone call, Chris will be here the next day (if not day of ) to eradicate the issue. Thank you Capelouto , and Chris, for keeping our home comfortable and safe.

Vince always does a great job of letting us know when he is coming, notifying us when he arrives and leaving a receipt when he leaves. We don't have any insects either!

He knocks or waves on arrival, does his job quickly and thoroughly and answers any questions I have in detail. He sends a follow up report on his findings by email along with a link to pay the bill. They have always explained any of their rare rate hikes and has given us time to adjust any of the hikes we have seen over 30 years. George Groot serviced my place for years and years before he retired. He was great. Now it is Tex who is also great. He calls the day before he plans to be here, checks in when he arrives and completes his work pronto. Very satisfied.

I've been a Capelouto customer for three years and, during that time, have always felt the quality of their pest control service is excellent. At first, they quickly got my most pressing insect problem (a carpenter bee infestation) under control. Since then, their bimonthly visits continue to keep pests out of my home; I rarely find unwanted bugs inside and, on the few occasions when I do, they're almost always already dead. My longtime service technician, Tex, is always professional and courteous. While I trust his judgment in how to best protect my property, he's always willing to go out of his way to address any new issues I may point out to him during his visits.

Matt Schaeffer came by this morning after we called last night. I saw 1 German roach on the outside of my back porch. German cockroaches carry disease and are very bad. Matt resprayed the entire exterior, sprayed the garage, and behind my kitchen cabinets as a precaution. He then used the paste to spot treat baseboard area in the garage. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using Capelouto! We have used them since we moved in in 2018. We've never had a problem, they come every 2 months and will come back if we see any issues. Thank you, Matt!

The company appears to take care to minimize potential pesticide exposure of its technicians and they, in turn, have always been careful not to expose our dogs and cats to the pesticides.
