Wesley was the technian that inspected our termite stations. He was here on time and very personable and professional. Matt Schaeffer came by this morning after we called last night. I saw 1 German roach on the outside of my back porch. German cockroaches carry disease and are very bad.Matt resprayed the entire exterior, sprayed the garage, and behind my kitchen cabinets as a precaution. He then used the paste to spot treat baseboard area in the garage.He was very professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using Capelouto! We have used them since we moved in in 2018. The treatment is effective for our wooded area and we’ve found the technicians to be knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate. The technicians check to be sure the service is meeting our needs. I have used Capelouto for over 30 years for all types of pest control. I would not use anyone else, unless the acquisition by Terminix causes them to lose the home town flavor in a desire for more $$$ to feed the corporate entity!
